With our mixes, you can prepare bread in just a few simple steps, and the aroma of freshly baked bread will fill your home. Our natural bread made from three flours is a carefully crafted product—free from artificial additives and unnecessary fillers. It is 100% gluten-free and contains fiber to support a healthy diet. The combination of buckwheat, rice, and corn flours provides an excellent texture and natural flavour.

Preparation:

300g of the mix is enough to prepare bread in two small wooden moulds or a smaller baking tin. You can also use it successfully to shape rolls.

  1. Pour 450 ml of warm water (approx. 35°C / 95°F) into a bowl or mixing device.
  2. Add the contents of the package.
  3. Mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
  4. Increase the mixer speed and mix for about 4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the dough to a mould lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface by pressing it down with a hand moistened with water.
  6. Leave the mould with the dough covered with a cloth for 60 minutes to rise.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  8. Once the dough has risen, place the moulds in the oven, set a timer, and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool completely.

NOTE: Slice only after cooling!

Store the bread in a dry place wrapped in a cotton cloth for up to 2 days. After baking and cooling, the bread can also be frozen.
