Buckwheat bread with linseed

The baked bread is rich in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids (which support digestion and heart health), making it a valuable and satisfying part of your daily diet.
Preparation:
300g of the mix is enough to prepare bread in two small wooden moulds or a small baking tin. You can also use it to shape rolls successfully.
- Pour 500ml of warm water (approx. 35°C / 95°F) into a bowl or mixing device.
- Add the contents of the package.
- Mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
- Increase the mixer speed and mix for about 4 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a mouldlined with parchment paper and smooth the surface by pressing it down with a hand moistened with water.
- Leave the mouldwith the dough covered with a cloth for 60 minutes to rise.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, place the mouldsin the oven, set a timer, and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool completely.
NOTE: Slice only after cooling!
Store the bread in a dry place wrapped in a cotton cloth for up to 2 days. After baking and cooling, the bread can also be frozen.
