Light sandwich bread with horsetail extract

Our innovative mix has been enriched with horsetail extract, making this bread a true support for your health! The silica in horsetail, when consumed regularly, supports the immune, circulatory, and urinary systems while improving the condition of hair, skin, and bones. Horsetail has significant antioxidant properties, helping combat free radicals and delaying the ageing process of cells. Silica also prevents atherosclerosis and the formation of stones in the urinary system.

Preparation:

300g of the mix is enough to prepare bread in two small wooden moulds or a small baking tin. You can also successfully use it to shape rolls.

  1. Pour 450ml of warm water (35°C / 95°F) into a bowl or mixing device.
  2. Add 300g of the bread mix (half the package).
  3. Mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
  4. Increase the mixer speed and mix for about 4 minutes. This step is crucial for proper dough kneading!
  5. Transfer the dough to two paper liners placed in wooden moulds. Smooth the surface by pressing it down with a hand moistened with water.
  6. Leave the mouldswith the dough covered with a cloth for 60 minutes to rise.
  7. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  8. Once the dough has risen, place the mouldsin the oven, set a timer, and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove the loaves from the oven and allow them to cool completely.

NOTE: Slice only after cooling!

After baking and cooling, the bread can be frozen.
